Strength and Conditioning
















ASPO is proud to offer a Strength and Conditioning program to our participants at our Dalton location:

  • Work one on one with a trainer during a group setting
  • Sessions are 1 hour long
  • Occur on Mondays and Thursdays
  • 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. slots
  • Wheelchair Basketball and Power Wheelchair Soccer occur after sessions
